The Story Behind the Project

Lumina Residences is the culmination of a partnership between Arhitectura Nova, an award-winning Romanian architectural firm, and GreenHarbor Investments, a developer with a 20-year legacy of integrity and quality. Our shared frustration with impersonal, generic developments drove us to create something different.
We spent over two years studying the needs of modern Bucharest residents—professionals, families, and creators—to design a project that truly responds to how people want to live today: efficiently, comfortably, and sustainably.
